Tokyo and more...

Oaaahhhhhhhemmmm.... this is one of those lazy afternoons that everyone should envy ...daun-daunan bergemerisik, burung-burung rame berkicauan, angin sore semilir... duduk-duduk santai dibawah payung patio bareng es Chai Latte, semangkuk semangka dingin, agar-agar kelapa muda... Duuuh, alangkah indahnyaaaaaaa sore-sore yang kayak gini ini.
Udah lama gak ngeblog niiiy... adoooh kayaknya sejiwa banget deh ama Wendy ..kikikikik.... Aaaaahh, biarin... cuek ajalah biar mo dibilang "pemalas" juga ama Federasi Ibu-Ibu Blogger Indonesia. Oiaaa, ogut juga baru pulang dari Tokyo neh- abis nengokin adek-ku dan sekalian melepas rindu dari authentic Tonkatsu yang pedesnya amat menggelora jiwa...Yipieeeeeeeee!!!
You know, even after so many past trips to Japan.. Tokyo has always been very interesting to me. It always reminds me so much of New York City, only it's a bit weirder. Meskipun sering ke Tokyo, tapi rasanya masih tetep lucu aja ngeliat cewek Japanese bermata sipit banget yang rambutnya dicat pirang kerontang dan full tattoo... bukannya knapa-napa sih, they can do whatever the heck the want, cuma kok ngeliatnya tetep lucu aja gitu... hampir semua gaya anak muda yang berkeliaran di Tokyo jelas-jelas meniru style New York City cuma matanya sipit-sipit dan badan kurus pendek-pendek... dan lagi anehnya biar se-funky apapun mereka mo bergaya hampir selalu dimodifikasi ama gambar hello kitty dan tattoo-tattoo yang gak jelas maksudnya... weiheheihiei... with that kinda fashion sense I definitely would never call them "cool" ...wakakakakaka...
So anyway, since I had absolutely nothing to do during the first three days.. I went ahead and decided to go much further out, I thought a side trip to Mt. Fuji wouldn't be so bad! After a light breakfast and a couple of sips of green tea, I took a trip out to Kyoto on one of those Shinkansen trains. Of course I would start sweating before even leaving that luxurious Japanese Ryokan. Maaan, the weather was really gross! Well.. it was all summed up in the phrase; "It's all about the journey" ...*kikikikikik* The day started out overcast with slight drizzles... sekitar 3 jam kemudian cuma nyampe di dasar gunungnya doang.
The weather there was all the same, icky and gummy... believe me, it was none of that glorious picturesque scene you saw on TV. Soon afterwards, I had to take another train and then a cable-car up to the mountain. But, guess what???!!!... as soon as I got to the observation deck, imagine what I saw... Bahhhhhhh!!!!!.. absolutely NOTHING!...... @!#$%&*XZ*?!! ... There was just mist everywhere! ...The entire mountain was enshrouded... kebayang gak sih dongkolnya ogut???!! The cable cars just seemed to disappear instantly into this stupid white haze... and I was laughing uncontrollably... BHWAHUAHWAHAHAHUA.... Afterall, ngga worth it banget iiiiih!
I guess this wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that I had been up until 4am the morning I left and I had woken up at 7am that very same morning! Ohh and another thing... the cable cars did not really come down the other side of the mountain all the way. I had to take this super gaudy looking pirate ship across a misty lake to get to a bus station to get back to the bottom of the mountain. On top of everything, the road down had more turns than a revolving door and the driver was a nutty speed racer wannabe. This coupled with the fact that I got motion sickness was quite trying! Rasanya perciiiis kayak dikocok-kocok didalam mesin blender. Well... at least I took the bullet train (Shinkansen) back to Tokyo- yang untungnya cuma sekitar 40 menitan! Seminggu kemudian udah kepingin pulang ke US... udah kangeeeeen sekali ama my heavenly bed... eeh, namanya emang bener-bener "Heavenly Bed" loh... kasur ini comfy-nya sungguh tiada terkira! *aduuuu..duuuh.. jadi terharu berlinang-linang aer mata everytime I talk about my bed* ...eeh by the way, kalo ada yang tertarik mo beli this Heavenly Bed bisa klik disini, dijamin 100% sungguh gak bakalan nyesel deh!!! Mood ogut ini selalu bagus banget kalo udah bisa tidur nyenyaaaaak- apalagi tanpa gangguan para nyamuk asia, dan paginya dibangunin ama aroma kopi segar dan dadar pisang!.. nyam-nyam...
